We want every pair to fit right and feel right on the floor. If it doesn't, here's how we make it right.

Window

You have 30 days from your delivery date to start a return or exchange.

Condition

Shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Worn or damaged pairs, outside of a manufacturing defect, won't qualify.

Exchanges

Your first exchange ships free, one pair, anywhere in the world. Need a different size or style. We cover the cost both ways.

If you need a second exchange on the same order, the shipping fee for that exchange is on you.

Returns

Returns for a refund ship free, worldwide. We cover the return shipping cost, no fee to you.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your NeoDance pair arrives damaged or defective, that's on us, not you. Contact us at hello@neo-dance.com within 30 days and we'll cover a full exchange or refund, shipping included, no exceptions.

Non Returnable Items

Final sale items marked as such at checkout aren't eligible for return or exchange.
